We propose the table of hosts every days except on Sunday, and only on reservation.

We pick local boletus mushrooms and Yellowfoot mushrooms, sweet chestnuts and saffron to give our cuisine the flavours and savours of the Mediterranean and the Cevennes.
We source our meats and other produce locally in cooperatives and directly from producers.
Meals and breakfasts are served on the terrace or in the dining room depending on the weather. Our breakfasts feature our home-made jams and honey from Faugères. We also enjoy swapping recipes with you around the table d'hôte.
